What was needed was a management service that ensured that both clients and suppliers were working as effectively and efficiently as possible with each other.

And so Omni was born.

And as Omni grew, so job boards developed and Omni became a pioneer in web-based recruitment. Developing one of the most experienced job board resourcing teams in the country. For many of our clients today over 60% of recruitment is conducted through web based recruitment channels.
