Omni was established over 10 years ago by the current Managing Director, Robert Leggett, with the simple aim of changing the way in which organisations recruit. Omni identified that although organisations were heavily reliant on recruitment agencies, they did not manage the performance of these agencies, or manage the considerable amount being spent on them. Omni provided a management service to both clients and suppliers that ensured each were working as effectively and efficiently as possible with each other.

As job boards developed, Omni became a pioneer in web-based recruitment, developing one of the most experienced job board resourcing teams in the country. For many of our clients today over 60% of recruitment is conducted through web based recruitment channels.  Omni has two divisions:

Omni’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing division provides organisations with their own expert resourcing function. Staffed by experienced account managers and supported by our shared service resourcing team it ensures our clients get the right talent, at the right place, at the right time in the most cost effective way.

Omni’s Recruitment and Retention Transformation Services team consist of recruitment and retention experts who are experienced in transforming the recruitment and retention of our clients. They advise in areas as diverse as employer branding to graduate programme development.

In addition to this, Omni is a pioneer in the development of Social Media strategies for organisations that want to use tools such as YouTube, facebook, blogs etc. to improve business performance.
