Howard joined Omni to head the growing Consultancy and Business Development teams and brought with him a wealth of experience in building solutions for complex outsourcing models with Eli Lilly and CSC. He’s an expert on Recruitment Process Improvement and Recruitment Process Outsourcing having successfully implemented many process and technology led business change projects into leading FTSE companies across Europe.
When he’s not solving complex business issues Howard has the difficult task of coordinating his teenage twins’ social calendar; a far more complex planning process than anything that happens in the office!!!
