Olivia Wallis – Occupational Psychologist in Training
Olivia leads Omni’s Consultancy Division providing bespoke recruitment, retention and business change solutions to our clients in both the private and public sectors.
Olivia has designed and implemented many of our most popular consultancy offerings ranging from Assessment Centres, Emotional Intelligence Training, Restructuring Advice and Support, Retention Solutions, Motivational Workshops and Graduate Recruitment Programmes. Olivia is also a fully qualified Psychometrician and provides Psychometric Assessment support and advice to many of our clients. As a trained counsellor, Olivia is also our most popular Outplacement provider with 100% positive feedback from candidates.
Olivia’s career started in Clinical Psychology however Olivia decided to convert to Occupational Psychology in 2005 in order to use her people skills in a more corporate environment.
Olivia is passionate about Positive Psychology but when she is not designing new Happiness at Work tools and techniques, she is normally travelling the globe and can often be found practicing yoga on the beach or reading an ancient philosophical text.
