Officially Omni’s first employee, Stephanie has been involved in the business almost from the start. Prior to joining Omni Steph had worked in a tough recruitment environment and really bought into what Robert Leggett was trying to achieve with the business.
Stephanie now leads a fantastic team of Account Managers and is the spearhead of Omni’s delivery team. Her customer focus is invaluable in helping shape the ‘best possible service’ ethos that runs right through the Account Management team.
Stephanie is married and has a young family. Unfortunately she had to stop playing her beloved netball a few years ago, not as a result of family pressures but because her need for perfection went beyond her working life and resulted in countless injuries!!
