Omni service commended in May Gurney 2009 Annual Report
Omni's Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) service has been commended in May Gurney's 2009 Annual Report. In the Chief Executive's review it states:
"We continue to make great progress in attracting and retaining employees. In April 2008 we launched our new recruitment platform with an external recruitment partner which has reduced costs whilst improving the depth and breadth of our candidate base. Recruitment bottlenecks have eased and we are attracting a more diverse range of experienced people."
