Outsource or not to Outsource? Omni's Managing Director explains in the Recruiter Magazine why this may not be the right question
Omni's Managing Director, Robert Leggett, featuring in this month's Recruiter Magazine, explains why the question of whether or not employers should outsource their recruitment may not always be the right question to ask. Often Omni is contacted by businesses who are looking to outsource their recruitment process which is in desperate need of repair. In these circumstances Omni will tell employers that they are not in a position to outsource. Robert argues that you have to have a process in place that works first before you consider outsourcing your recruitment, otherwise you will not receive any benefits. Omni usually work with these businesses on a project basis to improve their recruitment process, before the decision to outsource needs to be taken.
