Appellia is a workflow based recruitment system that can be customised to replicate even the most complex of processes. It guides users through the every stage of recruiting and enables reminders to be built in to the process to notify users and eliminate hold-ups.
Fully Client Configurable
Appellia is based on dynamic data which enables processes, forms and email notifications to be customised. Job description and person specification information can be uploaded into the system to pre-populate fields and enable the faster completion of requisition forms. Microsites can be developed and branded to replicate your corporate site.
Audit Trail
Appellia provides users with a complete audit trail of activities from raising a requisition to on-boarding activities.
Recruitment Dashboard
Appellia's Recruitment Dashboard is designed to allow easy access to a user’s assigned tasks as well as candidates, job details and reporting.
Online Interview Scheduling
Interview slots can be assigned on the system and candidates can then login and confirm their interview time when prompted.
Automated Screening
Appellia can eliminate considerable time spent reviewing CVs by automatically screening applications that do not meet key criteria and by emailing unsuccessful candidates with rejection notifications.
Management Information and Reporting
Appellia's reporting functionality provides the flexibility to customise reports throughout the system, enabling clients to analyse the performance of your recruitment sources and provide information on applicants and contractors. Confidential equal opportunity reporting can also be created via testing modules in the system.
Correspondence Centre
Appellia's Correpsondence Centre enables you to track all emails that have been sent to a candidate or sent in relation to a recruitment authorisation process.
Recruitment Microsite
An integrated careers microsite enables candidates to apply online via a live vacancy list, or for internal candidates to apply via your intranet. Each microsite can display a different advert as created in the system to reflect internal and external differences. It also enables suppliers and managers to login to upload candidates or complete actions accordingly.
Flexibility
Appellia can be implemented as a stand alone system or as part of a wider RPO service with Omni. It can handle large volume, multi-stage processes such as Graduate Recruitment, as well as multi-source general recruitment.
Omni provides full training and manuals for all system users.
