Typical Roles
If you come to work at Omni, you will in all likelihood start within one of the four role groupings below. As your career progresses you will have opportunities to develop within a particular role grouping – or transfer across. We encourage applications from both graduates and experienced professionals – and fundamentally anyone that thinks they can make a positive difference to our company.
Account Managers
Our Account Managers are the first point of contact to our clients. They are dedicated to ensuring our clients’ needs are satisfied by working closely with our resourcers, and also the agencies that are on our Clients’ preferred supplier lists.
Resourcers
Our resourcers are client driven, but candidate facing. They work tirelessly to ensure that our clients get the pick of the candidates in the marketplace.
Recruitment Improvement Consultants
Our consultants are experienced HR and recruitment specialists and include qualified psychometricians and accredited CIPD professionals. They need to be able to work at senior executive level and think on their feet!
Sales and Business Support Roles
We of course have all the normal sales, finance and business administration roles
