What We Do
There are two parts to the business -
Our Recruitment Process Outsourcing arm acts as the internal recruitment function for our clients. This team works closely with hiring managers and HR departments finding the best people to work in their organisations. We do this by both recruiting directly, using job boards, the press and other innovative methods, and also by managing agencies.
Our Recruitment Improvement Consultancy team works with senior business and HR executives defining and implementing new improved recruitment and retention strategies.
