Working Environment
Omni have recently relocated to house our ever-growing team (having more than doubled in size in the last 2 years). We're based in Cheshire, a lovely part of the world. On the doorstep are lots of shops, delis, bars, green spaces and other good stuff.
We're proud of the office environment too. The culture is inclusive and welcoming. The whole design and structure of the place is based on what we as a whole organisation want it to be, what we believe is the ideal workspace. When we moved we even all got involved in picking the location, the furniture, the paint scheme and layout!
We're a pretty happy organisation because everyone is free to put their thoughts and ideas forward on any subject. New ideas on how to improve our service or win new business are as likely to come from the resource team or the account managers as they are from the MD or Sales Director.
This open environment (where discussion and change are actively encouraged) means we can stay innovative and don't stagnate. This helps our business across the board and we believe in the future it will be the only way people do things; we're just nicely ahead of the curve.
