Getting a job with Omni
How We Recruit
As we claim to be recruitment experts when we're talking to potential clients it stands to reason that we should be pretty good at recruiting for ourselves. Fortunately our track record backs that up and the office is packed with superstars, the majority of whom we've recruited directly.
We only hire superstars though, so we do have to be very picky. We'd rather spend several weeks finding the right person rather than rush someone in only to find they don't fit with us and we don't fit with them. Finding superstars is hard work (so if you're one we'd love to hear from you today!) but we believe it's totally worth it.
If you'd like to apply for a job at Omni we need a couple of things from you up front. First up you've got to know who we are and what we do. This is one area that it's pretty easy not to fall down on. If you think we're a recruitment agency though, then it might be worth googling the phrase RPO and doing a bit more homework...
Second we'll need to see a CV. If you need tips on how to write a good CV Monster.com is great for it.
Finally, we'll need you to go through a quick telephone pre-screen. This is to make sure we're all on the same page from the start and check that you're into us and we're into you.
When we get to the face-to-face stage, that's when things get really interesting. We've been known in the past to do standard competency based interviews but they're a bit dull, so we also do presentation based meetings, multi-person interviews, full assessment days and more. We'll let you know beforehand what the format will be but basically as long as you do your homework and bring your A-game you should be fine.
