Career development is encouraged at Omni and we
give our staff the opportunity and tools to be able
to achieve their goals. We have a number of different
career paths which can be followed depending how you
want to grow and the area of the business you believe
offers the greatest challenge.
Graduates
The drive and ambition of graduates embarking on
their first steps of the career ladder fuel the energy
we have at Omni. The service and quality standards
we expect with our clients are instilled at an early
stage so we ensure we get things right first time.
When we talk about opportunity we are really giving
you a blank page to draw out your own opportunities.
Something lots of people talk about but very few are
able to deliver on. We do, just ask one of our graduate
intakes from last year.
Experienced Careers
Whilst the graduates we recruit at Omni are our future
we still put a lot of value on knowledge and experience.
When we win big new business the first place we look
to manage that is in-house, however there are times
when we need to source the necessary experience externally
and we look for the best when we do.
The types of individuals we want are experienced
recruitment/resource managers who are familiar with
multiple candidate channel management and third party
supply management. Previous experience of Recruitment
Process Outsourcing would be a distinct benefit, as
would any CIPD qualifications.
