Since launching Omni in 1998, Robert Leggett remains a dynamic Chairman who’s as enthusiastic about the growth and development of the business and his team as ever.

It’s through Robert’s vision and determination that Omni became the UK’s leading Recruitment Process Outsourcer and Recruitment Transformation Consultancy.

He started the business at the age of 26 with a £30K bank facility and a simple desire to change the way recruitment was managed in the UK.

It was Robert’s early career at American Airlines and his subsequent forays into recruitment which shaped his view that if you are good enough and want something enough no one should hold you back from achieving great results.

When he’s not coming up with new ideas to achieve better results for clients or ways to enable his team to enjoy a better work life balance, Robert loves spending time with his family and escaping to his second home in Portugal.

Stephanie now leads a talented team of Account Managers and is the spearhead behind Omni’s delivery team. Her unwavering customer focus has shaped the ‘service over sales’ ethos that sits at the heart of everything Omni does.

Stephanie is married with a young family. Unfortunately she had to stop playing her beloved netball a few years ago, her competitiveness and need for perfection extending beyond her working life, resulting in one injury too many!!

Louise Shaw - Head of Training & Consultancy

Louise heads up our training & consultancy division, and has a wealth of HR and recruitment knowledge from her 20 years working in a number of senior HR roles for leading organisations including AstraZeneca, Bank of Scotland and MAG.

Louise is responsible for developing Omni’s training & consultancy division which provides the very latest best fit talent & recruitment strategies to both our clients and inhouse HR and recruitment teams across the UK. She heads up our associate training team that delivers public & private (client site) recruitment training, and has successfully expanded our portfolio of services to include outplacement, assessment & selection design and delivery, recruitment & social media audits for organisations and training for recruitment agencies. Louise is also key in Omni’s business development by bringing her wealth of know-how as well as the development our partnerships with specialist media and assessment consultancies.

Louise is also a lecturer and tutor for CIPD professional HR qualifications and in her spare time she loves travelling with her family as well using her ‘assessment skills’ to review great spa’s around the world!

Rick Reynolds - Account Director

Rick joined Omni as an Account Manager in May 2010, having spent three years working for North West based recruitment agencies specialising in Accountancy and Finance.

As a Senior Account Manager, Rick is responsible for the overall delivery of a tailor made RPO service to a large (G15) London based Housing Association, recruiting around 500 roles per year, everything from Housing Officers to ICT directors. Rick also oversees the running of Assessment Centres for our client, another outsourced service which has helped to select their future managers.

Rick plays tennis for a local club as well as squash but hates losing! He also loves everything to do with food, (mostly the eating part) and spends most of his time/wages dining out finding new places to eat!

As the Implementation Manager, Lisa is accountable for Omni's services ensuring consistent high quality service delivery against mutually agreed SLAs and KPIs.

With prior experience of recruiting for accounts such as Capita Secure Information Solutions, 3M and Bank of Ireland Lisa has a wealth of IT recruitment knowledge across both permanent and contract resources.

Helen Peers - Head of Business Improvement

Helen joined Omni as a graduate in September 2004 and has since managed key accounts before setting up Omni’s Appellia system and implementing ISO in to our business.

Helen was part of the original project team that was set up to develop our bespoke workflow based recruitment software, Appellia, working closely with our developers and clients to build our highly configurable system. After working as a Senior Account Manager on a number of Omni’s accounts, she moved to the role of Appellia Systems Manager, responsible for everything Appellia related.  Now with a team in place to manage the system, Helen’s focus is to head up business improvement projects across the business.

Helen loves her holidays and dreams of one day owning her own villa in Italy. When she’s not training for a 10k race, she enjoys spending time with family and friends or watching rugby.
