This programme will refine Consultants’ ability to effectively qualify and interview candidates. It looks at a variety of methods by which to assess new talent and get them engaged in the process

• How to conduct effective interviews using different questioning styles – (e.g. biographical, values, behavioural, motivational, potential)

• Using the STAR model to effectively interview and prepare candidates to meet your clients

• Commitment building and candidate control

• Gaining leads from the interview process

• How to avoid Discrimination and unconscious bias in interviews

• How to present your shortlist to your clients to gain maximum interview conversion
