Resourcing & Delivery
Resourcing Delivery: In our delivery team, we combine all the best parts of working for an agency; great commission, an energetic and passionate team, a fabulous working environment (barista style coffee anyone?) and interesting roles and clients; with working in-house. Focusing on building relationships, having a partnership approach and finding the best possible talent for our clients.
Working within Resourcing Delivery, we also have a Supplier Relationship team who are focused on building and sustaining relationships with our agency partners. Maintaining effective relationships and managing our preferred supplier lists to ensure we continue to deliver great talent to our clients. Our delivery and talent acquisition teams are made up of a number of different roles and skills including Talent Acquisition Specialists, Resourcing Business Partners, Account Directors and Supplier Relationship Managers.
Resourcing Transformation & Training
Resourcing Transformation: Working with in-house talent, resourcing, HR and recruitment teams delivering a range of bespoke consultancy services including a Recruitment Effectiveness Assessment which provides clients with a strategic and practical analysis to a build high performing, specialist recruitment functions. Our team operate as Resourcing Transformation Specialists and have varied experience from strategic HR to recruitment delivery within RPO and agency.
Resourcing Training: Working alongside the transformation team to deliver a range of training programmes and courses to in-house talent, resourcing, HR and recruitment teams. Covering every step in the end to end recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing and attraction through to effective onboarding. Delivering training through workshops, e-learn and webinars our courses are all designed to help improve the way in-house recruitment and HR professionals resource for the better.
Sales & Marketing
Sales & Marketing: The Sales & Marketing team is responsible for winning new business opportunities. This all starts with the Omni brand and how we make ourselves stand out against our competitors. As an independent Resourcing Transformation Specialist we know we are unique and our job is to make potential clients realise the same and commit to working in partnership with us. As a Marketeer you could be involved with anything from brand development, campaign design, social media management, PR activities and Event Management. As a sales professional you will identify and engage prospects, consulting with clients to design solutions to help them resource for the better. One day you will be out on client meetings and the next you might be knee deep in a tender response. Across both disciplines you will need to have a lot of energy, be creative, able to think for yourself and be a great communicator.
Roles within our Sales and Marketing team are varied with multiple levels and include Business Development, Marketing, Bid Writers and Telemarketing.
Finance, IT & Business Improvement
Finance: From the Head of Finance, who owns our financial business plan, to our Apprentices helping with all transactions, our Finance department work as one team to achieve all our financial reporting deadlines and ensure our good financial health. Our team’s responsibilities include record keeping, managing internal audits and controlling tax & all reporting functions. Along with Credit Control ensuring prompt payments, our Accounts Payable team ensure our supply chain partners invoices are processed and Accounts Receivable process our sales invoices, our roles are truly diverse.
Business Improvement and IT: Omni’s Business Improvement and IT team is responsible for the smooth operation of Omni’s internal IT infrastructure and information security, the provision and ongoing development of Omni’s proprietary recruitment software, Appellia, and all four of Omni’s ISO certifications: Quality, Information Security, Environmental and Health & Safety.
Our team operates under a number of roles including IT Support Analyst, Configuration Analyst, Test Analyst and Business Analyst/Product Manager.

The Omni HQ
Our Head Office is in Altrincham, Cheshire in the North West of England. A great location with superb transport links via rail, road, bus and tram. Only 20 minutes from Manchester city centre, Altrincham has a lively centre with numerous independent restaurants, bars and shops. Our office is located within easy walking distance of the famous Altrincham markets and the main high street with a fabulous choice of eateries.
We employ people across the whole of the UK and a number of our employees are home based so if you are not based near Altrincham or London, still get in contact as we may have suitable opportunities available.
