Each of the individuals are responsible for a discreet piece of work outlined in a document at the beginning of the project. In order for Octavius to move them onto another piece of work or project, and new contract or formal working arrangement would be needed.
There may be some additional supplementary information required from the delivery team before the piece of work is accepted by the worker.
The worker provides progress reports to Octavius, and highlights any risks and issues, but is relied upon to manage those risks and issues as part of the work that they are expected to deliver. There would be no input from Octavius in relation to these.
