Joining Omni in 2013, and now with 25+ years’ experience in the resourcing and talent management space, Katie is  a strategic recruitment leader with experience across multiple industries, designing and delivering innovative solutions to hiring and retention challenges.  In her current role heading Omni’s Talent Strategy division, Katie partners with in-house talent acquisition, HR, and recruitment teams to transform their hiring practices. 

Her, and the team of subject matter experts in the team, work spans diverse projects including developing strategic workforce plans, building employer brand attraction strategies, enhancing assessment and selection processes, and training hiring managers. Katie brings a passion for equity, diversity and inclusion to all her initiatives, helping organisations remove barriers that impede accessing and retaining talent. 

Prior to leading the Talent Strategy team, Katie gathered wide-ranging recruitment experience working alongside Omni’s clients on both high-volume hiring initiatives as well as senior-level recruitment. She has led experienced teams to deliver quality, engaged recruitment services that align to organisations goals success. 

Katie’s blend of strategic vision and hands-on experience drives recruitment transformation and unlocks access to top, diverse talent for Omni clients. 

Outside of work Katie can normally be found on the side of a various sporting pitches, indulging in a true crime podcast or discussing her next trip to Italy!
