With over eight years serving on Omni’s board, Louise boasts an impressive 25+ year career in People Leadership roles. Her vast experience spans major sectors, company sizes, and locations worldwide – from FTSE 100 companies in the US, EU, and Asia-Pacific, to smaller UK enterprises. This comprehensive background allows Louise to bring deep organisational insights to Omni. She truly understands what businesses need to facilitate growth and prosperity.
Clients appreciate Omni’s personalised, consultative approach under Louise’s guidance. Omni first seeks to fully understand each client’s unique situation before tailoring recruitment solutions accordingly. Prior to her board position, Louise spearheaded Omni’s Resourcing Transformation team. She played an instrumental role in major strategic initiatives, including Omni’s partnership with the CIPD for their annual Recruitment and Talent Planning survey.
When not leading at Omni, Louise embraces her self-described “food obsession” through cooking, dining out, and exploring new culinary experiences. She balances her professional life with personal passions like shuttling her teenage children around and unwinding through yoga or rejuvenating spa retreats.
