Omni is a leading independent provider of resourcing transformation and outsourced recruitment services, working to change the way organisations resource for the better. As a result of expansive growth, Omni has appointed Scott Siwicki as Director of Managed Service Solutions.
Scott joins Omni with 25 years of talent management experience across operations, sales, recruitment and client engagement, spanning a range of global sectors including IT, Engineering, Pharma & Healthcare and Built Environment industries.
Scott brings a keen focus for innovative solution design, architecture and delivery to Omni, as the business looks to enhance its support for businesses with Managed Service Provider and Statement of Work solutions.
Scott says: ‘Having worked with a range of businesses throughout my career, I am incredibly excited to join the team at Omni, and drive the MSP and SoW specialisms with my knowledge and experience across their service offering’.
Scott’s recent experience includes implementing and leading an enterprise MSP with one of the top ten universities globally, as well as overseeing an MSP for a global ERP business across 20 countries. Scott also brings management consultancy experience, to support the growth of Omni’s Resourcing Transformation services for organisations involved in MSP solutions.
Scott continues: ‘I’ve followed the progress of Omni for some time, and was impressed with the unique resource transformation capability and the business’ support for social issues, particularly their outlook on diversity and inclusion. Having spoken at events such as the World Leaders in Recruitment Conference in 2021 on tech transpformation in talent, and on a number of other panels, I am excited to bring my experience to Omni’s wider strategy to address global challenges’.
