Resourcing transformation specialist, Omni RMS, is celebrating rising 12 places in the Recruiter Fast 50, from 16 to 4.

The new ranking reflects increased activity for Omni over the last 12 months, which saw the company secure four major recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) clients and achieve 100% growth in its resourcing transformation consultancy and training revenue.

The Recruiter Fast 50 highlights the fastest-growing, privately-owned recruitment companies in the UK according to a revenue compound annual growth rate over the three most recent annual reporting periods.

Martin Wainman, Managing Director of Omni, said: “Like most businesses, Omni had to adapt to the changing circumstances arising from the pandemic and entered 2021 with a combination of expectation and trepidation. Through continuing to invest in our people, we’ve been able to re-establish our pre-Covid momentum and position in the market as a leading resourcing transformation specialist.

“We now have a good idea of what the future will look like for Omni, thanks to the four exciting contracts we secured this year, our expanded services and a client growth strategy that will see us increase our team by 50% in the next 12 months. All of this activity is reflected in our rise to fourth place in the Recruiter Fast 50 list and is a testament to the hard work of our team during what’s been a challenging time for everyone.”

This month also saw Omni launch its new search service to help organisations to find change leaders. Omni Search connects businesses with permanent or interim leaders they need to facilitate business change for people and process.
