Omni is thrilled to announce its success as an award winner at the 2022 IHR Awards.
After extensive research and shortlisting by IHR, Omni were successful in winning the gold award in the Onsite RPO In-House Recruitment Team category as a result of its’ partnership with Ofcom.
In 2020, Ofcom recognised the requirement for an RPO partner to supply in-house recruitment delivery for both permanent and contingent roles. Working as a seamless extension of Ofcom’s brand, Omni mobilised a dedicated team which engages talent over a highly varied range of disciplines across Ofcom’s core business functions. The team is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from role approval and campaign planning, to delivering shortlists and overseeing the offer process to transition candidates through to Ofcom’s onboarding team.
Representing Ofcom’s unique culture, vision and values, the team continues to support substantial growth for the organisation as it expands its regulatory remit.
The award win comes as a result of Omni’s unique approach to resourcing transformation, working with Ofcom to benchmark its recruitment effectiveness before implementing improvements that have delivered tangible results against both quality and cost measures, providing an outstanding return on investment.
Furthermore, Omni aligned the output with Ofcom’s own strategic objectives, including equity, diversity and inclusion, whilst improving accessibility through technology, focus group research, and a truly candidate-led experience.
