Resourcing Effectiveness Assessment
Omni’s proven methodology and framework (the REA) audits an organisation’s end-to-end resourcing function and benchmarks results against best practice, derived from our extensive research and our partnership with the CIPD and their annual Talent and Resourcing Survey.
The REA is the ultimate health check for an organisation’s resourcing strategy and drives the development of improvement plans, aligning resourcing practice to business success.
REA Measures
The maturity and value stages are progressive and should be prioritised according to the overarching strategic requirements of your wider business and aligned to the People/HR strategy.
Omni’s model identifies four maturity stages of resourcing best practice with ‘Risk’ at Level 1, rising to ‘Optimised’ at Level 4.
These levels are used to benchmark an organisation’s resourcing maturity against five key categories with 16 essential elements assessed in total.
People | Technology | Process | Diversity and Inclusion | Cost and Governance
How is the REA conducted and delivered?
A 360 assessment is completed by Omni’s specialist consultants, who have over two decades of experience in developing inclusive resourcing strategy.
We audit through desktop research, analysing key data; conduct candidate & hiring manager surveys, and hold focus group meetings with key stakeholders, recent hires and candidates.
Findings are assessed next to Omni’s maturity model, which includes data from our partnership with the CIPD, and insight is provided in key areas of strength and those in need of development.
A detailed analysis, along with recommendations and action plans are presented in a comprehensive roadmap in line with your overall Business and People strategy.
The benefits of Omni’s 360 assessment
Rapid, and objective feedback into existing resourcing practice allowing for the development of a road map to support transformational change.
