Faced with legislative change that created a significant recruitment backlog, the Home Office required a dedicated team to manage candidate journeys from application through onboarding and vetting.
Omni implemented a Project Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solution tailored to the Home Office’s needs, deploying a Candidate Engagement Team (CET) of up to eight FTE within 5 weeks, including full CTC clearance. The primary focus of the team was to ensure effective communication with candidates to maintain engagement and commitment throughout the recruitment process, whilst at the same managing administrative activity across Home Office platforms. The project was time-critical, requiring swift implementation to meet pressing operational deadlines.
