AI in Recruitment Survey – Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
- Promoter
The prize draw is organised by Omni RMS (“Omni”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
- Eligibility
The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who complete the AI in Recruitment survey.
Employees of Omni RMS and anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are excluded.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
- How to Enter
Entry is gained automatically by completing and submitting the AI in Recruitment survey in full.
No purchase is necessary.
Entries received after the survey closing date of 23 February 2026 will not be eligible for the prize draw.
- Prize
One (1) winner will receive a £200 Amazon voucher.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative.
Omni reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require it.
- Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided in the survey.
If the winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, Omni reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- Use of Personal Data
Personal data collected as part of this prize draw will be processed in accordance with Omni RMS’s Privacy Policy.
Data will be used for administering the prize draw, contacting the winner, and analysing aggregated survey responses.
Survey responses will be anonymised for insight and reporting purposes and will not be attributed to individuals.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
- Right to Withdraw or Amend
Omni reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel the prize draw and/or the prize at any time.
Omni also reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or where fraudulent behaviour is suspected.
- Liability
Omni accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or invalid.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omni shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the prize draw or acceptance of the prize.
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
