The Recruitment Benchmarking programme has been developed to provide a roadmap to building a high-performing, specialist recruitment function.

In it, we share a unique, proven methodology and toolkit against which you can audit and benchmark the effectiveness of your organisation’s recruitment and develop next-step improvement plans.
