Joining Omni in 2019, Mike has considerable experience (Over 25 years but he doesn’t like this to be highlighted) in the design of client-led resourcing solutions. Heading Omni’s Sales & Marketing function, he spends most of his time working with clients to help them ‘make recruitment work’ and is motivated by seeing the impact Omni can have on an organisation’s success. What makes Omni stand out?……“We have so many bright people within the business with such rich expertise and passion, I just facilitate this. I learn something new every day even at my age, so have no doubt that our clients are in safe hands”.
In his spare time, Mike’s into music and watches lots of live bands around Liverpool and Manchester. He’s also Captain of his beloved Chester Nomads football team, so often comes in hobbling on a Monday morning!
