Mike is a graduate of Sheffield Hallam University with over 25 years-experience within Business Development and Sales Management. This includes working as the Head of Business Development for one of the UK’s largest recruitment groups and as Director of Employer Services for one of the UK’s most prominent Employment & Skills organisations. Mike Joined Omni in February 2019, having run his own business for seven years. He is responsible for driving Omni’s growth strategy across all services lines, working closely with clients to help them change the way they resource for the better.
