Jo Lancaster-Towers Appointed as Executive Search Solutions Director

We’re thrilled to announce the appointment of Jo Lancaster-Towers as our new Executive Search Solutions Director. With a career spanning 20+ years in recruitment, Jo brings an exceptional track record of leading executive search, identifying and recruiting top-tier talent, strategic workforce planning, transformational talent strategies and global change management projects across complex global organisations. Her appointment marks a significant step forward for Omni’s Executive Search division.

Throughout her career, Jo’s expertise has consistently delivered organisational impact through her expertise in executive search, talent mapping, assessment, workforce planning, and global talent strategy development. Jo joins us from AstraZeneca, where more recently she served as the Global Talent Scout and Capability Lead, responsible for sourcing talent for high-impact leadership roles worldwide and creating essential talent pipelines. She was instrumental in building executive teams, driving growth, and implementing transformational talent strategies, with an ability to align talent acquisition with strategic objectives. Prior to AstraZeneca, Jo worked with organisations in various sectors including leadership of a specialist search firm.
