Dharmesh joined Omni as Chief Financial Officer in July 2026, bringing more than 20 years of experience leading finance, transformation and commercial performance across large and growing organisations. An ACA qualified finance executive, he specialises in helping organisations improve performance, drive growth and create long term shareholder value.
Before joining Omni, Dharmesh spent over 15 years at Pets at Home, culminating in his role as Retail Finance Director, where he partnered with the Board and executive leadership team to deliver strategic planning, transformation programmes and major investment initiatives across the UK’s leading omnichannel pet care business.
At Omni, Dharmesh leads the finance function and works closely with the leadership team to support the company’s growth strategy, enhance commercial decision making and ensure the business is well positioned for the future. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three young sons, running and following his lifelong passion for football.
