And it was this philosophy which was inspired by Omni's chairman, Robert Leggett, at the company's founding in 1997, which created a culture of providing our clients with only the very best talent.
Robert identified that an organisation's heavy reliance on recruitment agencies resulted in, not only unnecessary overspend, but a lack of visibility and control over their recruitment process and no consistency in candidate quality.
What was needed was a management service with a focus on direct recruitment channels, and which ensured that hiring companies could resource effectively, efficiently and only engage with recruitment agencies, when required...
The 18 years which followed of improving quality, reducing cost and saving time, has not only built Omni a reputation as the UK's leading RPO provider but also inspired our vision of becomingthe most innovative and strategic resourcing partner.
