Jo’s recent move to Omni builds on her impressive 17-year tenure at AstraZeneca, where, as Global Talent Scout and Capability Lead, she was responsible for recruiting for business-critical Leadership positions globally across the organisation.

Outside of work, Jo has a beautiful little boy who occupies most of her time, along with her fluffy dog, Freddy. She is a new avid padel player and balances that with gym workouts and Pilates to stay fit and healthy.
