Bob is an accomplished talent management leader with over 25 years of industry experience. He has delivered some of the UK’s largest outsourced programmes and spearheaded complex international projects. 

Prior to joining Omni, Bob served as Director of Implementation for a leading UK recruitment organisation, building extensive experience in large-scale talent solutions, technology delivery and operational transformation.

As Director of Technology & Business Improvement at Omni, Bob leads the organisation’s technology strategy, digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. He is responsible for ensuring Omni remains at the forefront of innovation while delivering secure, scalable and commercially effective solutions for both the business and its clients.

A passionate advocate for the practical use of Artificial Intelligence, Bob is leading Omni’s AI strategy and adoption programme. He works closely with colleagues across the business to identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve productivity, enhance decision-making and create better experiences for clients, candidates and employees. His focus is not simply on introducing new technology, but on ensuring it delivers measurable value and supports Omni’s long-term growth.
