After joining Omni as part of our Graduate Scheme in 2004, Helen is now a key member of the senior management team heading up all business improvement projects.
Whilst she has a wealth of resourcing and account management experience, Helen now specialises in software implementations, HR projects, and business process redesign and is CIPD and Prince2 qualified.
Helen has been at the forefront of the development of Omni’s bespoke ATS and the implementation of all our quality accreditations. She is a real people person and provides guidance and support across all departments and is never shy at suggesting new ways of working and improving our overall service delivery.
