Katie is a strategic recruitment leader who joined Omni in 2013. In her current role heading Omni’s Resourcing Transformation division, Katie partners with in-house talent acquisition, HR, and recruitment teams to transform their hiring practices for the better.
Her work spans diverse projects including developing strategic workforce plans, building employer brand attraction strategies, enhancing assessment and selection processes, and training hiring managers. Katie brings a passion for equity, diversity and inclusion to all her initiatives, helping organisations remove barriers that impede accessing and retaining talent.
Prior to leading the Resourcing Transformation team, Katie gathered wide-ranging recruitment experience working alongside Omni’s clients on high-volume hiring initiatives as well as senior-level recruitment. She has led experienced teams to deliver quality, engaged recruitment processes that align to client goals.
